SHIPPING/HANDLING

United Parcel Service is our normal shipping carrier although for smaller packages we use the US Postal Service. The shipping/handling costs are calculated according to the weight and size of the parts ordered. Also, some items may have extra shipping and handling changes due to their shape and special packaging requirements.
Please make sure that you provide a delivery address that both UPS and USPS can deliver to.


BACK ORDERS

We always try to have most of our items in stock but sometimes backorders may be inevitable. Backorders will be automatically delivered when the part comes back into stock and it is your responsibility to notify us if you do not require the part(s) to be sent. If a backorder part becomes discontinued for any reason then we shall credit you back for that part.


RETURNS

All returns require an RMA number. Email us your information and a short description of the problem so that we can issue this RMA number and a return address. (Special orders such as bed wood and the like, electrical items, carpets etc, are not returnable. All returned Items must be sent prepaid. If we filled the order incorrectly, we will reimburse your return shipping charges at standard rates. However if you ordered wrongly or simply do not want the item, you are responsible for shipping/freight/mailing costs and a 20% restocking/processing fee. Returns must be received within 14 days from the date of the shipping invoice.


CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel an order after it has been processed through our system them we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee. This is to offset some of our costs and fees that we would have been incurred. This fee will be 4% of the order or $8.75 whichever is greater.
